If you really want to follow a workshop among the ones I teach in my studio, but cannot afford it, write me an email or a message on Instagram! I keep a few free spots for every online edition of the workshop.
Please note: this is not merit based, do not attach your resume or qualifications in your email, etc. It’s not a scholarship and it’s not funded by anyone.
It’s solely based on “I want to participate but I cannot afford it”. There’s no need to go into financial details when you write me, I trust you and I trust you understand the purpose of this.

At the moment, I can’t offer private lessons outside of the 3-4 workshops I teach every year as my practice is mostly focused on making, but get in touch if you’d like suggestions of a few other ceramicists working with wild clay that are able to tutor one-to-one.

I am also hosted twice a year at Cantieri Creativi in Rome, with a 4 days workshop in which you’ll forage and prepare clay from the Sabina hills, make your own pots and fire them at low temperature in an open-fire: you can read more info about it here.
